Very unsatisfied

The jaan namaz, whose purpose is supposed to be a clean place to pray was dirty and the tasbeeh with it was broken. When I complained, the lady was very rude and said she can do me a "favor" and exchange it if I send someone to get it exchanged at their bahria town branch. I did not want to spend more money on top of what I had spent. I was extremely unsatisfied with the products they send and rude customer service. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.
